Tasco as our second home and shared home

T stands for “Tập thể” (means collective spirit): Strengths and weaknesses of each company culture depend much on its collective spirit.
This spirit has been actively realized in the collective activities of Tasco every early morning and at the beginning of every afternoon during weekdays for years. During such moments, employees do morning exercises such as tapping one another’s back, singing, and shouting together loudly the Company’s slogans as a way to inspire their working motivation, loyalty, and refresh their awareness on the company objectives. ”All employees will be able to share their joys and sorrows, and want to stay with the company longer if they understand their team and company activities. Thus, the collective activities can be very useful for every body to congratulate the others on their achievements, to get further understanding about company activities, be imbrued with working motivation inspired by company slogans, feel their honor, their pride as a Tasco member, and be more responsible for their tasks and “their shared home, Tasco”, said the Chairman of the Board.
A stands for “Anh tài” (means talents): The second important factor in building corporate culture is humans.
Tasco highly appreciate its people, especially the talents. It values “humans as the most precious assest”, so the company continuously creates a favourable working environment and conditions for employees to balance well their work and life. The company also sets up the best treatment policies to attract qualified and experienced people who are willing and ready to work for the company for long. All employees are striving to build and develop its unique culture inspiring enthusiastic working spirit, solidarity, and love for Tasco. The company believes that talents are indispensable in building a strong company as they lead the way in work and corporate culture building activities. S stands for “Sáng tạo” (means creativity): The leaders of Tasco consider creativity an important part of the corporate culture. This is clearly reflected in the company’s policy and leaders’ orientation promoting the active participation of all employees in building a strong and sustainable corporate culture. So far, a number of initiatives have been introduced and many of them have been considered and applied for the interests of the company. Many employees deserve worthy rewards for their initiatives. This policy has not only inspired employees’ spirit of creativity and dedication but also helped further Tasco’s dynamic and sustainable development.
C stands for “Chuyên nghiệp” (means professionalism): Keeping in the mind the importance of professionalism, Tasco has acted in a professional manner from minor to major activities, such as establishing a complete and striking brand identity set, and an attractive and interesting website, which have not been realized by many other companies. Tasco’s uniform, communication skills, standard and courteous way of giving and receiving name-cards, telephone and presentation skills are all standardized. Every newcomer will receive a standard orientation training, and help to be familiar with company procedures on their first working days for their easy engagement in the company’s activities and culture.
O stands for “Ổn định” (means stability): Tasco has been well aware of the corporate culture and gained numeurous achievements about that. This will be the stage for Tasco to maintain and promote what it has achieved. In the context of rapid and constant changes in the world economy and the global crisis that have caused serious instabilities, the company has paid special attention to remaining its stable development for our staff and clients to feel secure and have strong attachment to Tasco.
