TASCO JSC., with nearly 40 years of operation in  investment, transport and irrigation works, real estate business etc., in the process of development and expansion of production and business activities, we need to recruit more staffs as follows:

Tasco JSC., with nearly 40 years of operation in  investment, transport and irrigation works, Real Estate business etc., has implemented major projects such as building the by-pass of National Highway No. 21, Phu Ly town - Nam Dinh city section  (under BT form), expanding the National Highway 10, the section from La Uyen bridge to Tan De, Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province (BOT), the Project on Highway 39B, from Kien Xuong district to Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province (under BT form); Project on constructing Le Duc Tho road leading to Xuan Phuong Urban Area, building Xuan Phuong urban area, Tu Liem District, Hanoi City and TASCO is also preparing to start a variety of construction projects across the country. Currently, in the process of development and expansion of production and business activities, we need to recruit more staffs as follows:

Sales Manager

-       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant majorities from Economics Universities, University of Civil Engineering, and University of Transport & Communications.

-       05 years working in the Sales Manager position at big companies.

-       Good knowledge and experience of Installation, construction, estimating, financial investment, Real Estate investment, etc. and other regulations and policies related to production and business activities of the Company.

-       Be honest and frank, responsible for assigned tasks; work well under pressure, willing to far travel as requested.

-       Fairly good communication and excellent reading comprehension and translation skills in English.

-       Strong skills of communication and team-work, effective organization of work.

-       Good skills of analysis, evaluation, and decision-making

-       Leadership, problem-solving skills.

-       Priority to Male at the age of 35-45.

Manager of PMU

- Male, Bachelor’s degree in: Bridge & Road construction, Civil construction, industrial construction or Architectural construction etc. from University of Transport & Communications, University of Civil Engineering, Architecture University, University of Water Resources etc.

- Experience in management of project, construction, inspection and control of construction volume and unit cost of construction.

- Good knowledge of Construction Legislation and State regulations of Investment in Basic Construction.

- Proficiency in using such specialized software as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project etc.

- Fairly good communication and excellent reading comprehension and translation skills in English.
- Leadership, management and persuasion skills in employee relations

- Be honest, careful, responsible at work, able to work under high pressure with good communication skills.

-Good health.

- At least 05 years working in related positions.

Head of Finance Department

01

-     Male, age over 30; be honest and frank, responsible for assigned tasks; work well under pressure.

-     Bachelor’s degree in Finance – Accounting or higher.

-     At least 03 years working in the Head of Finance Department position.

- Good knowledge of finance, accounting, audit, tax, bank, credit and current financial policies.

-     Good knowledge and experience of Installation, construction, estimating, financial investment, Real Estate investment, etc. and other regulations and policies related to production and business activities of the Company.

-     Able to work independently and initiatively, instruct others to work.

-     Fairly good communication and excellent reading comprehension and translation skills in English.

-     Informatics skills: Able to use such Applied software in the Finance – Accounting work

-     Good skills of organization and management in the Finance – Accounting fields.

-     Strong skills of communication and team-work, effective organization of work.

-     Good skills of analysis, evaluation, and decision-making

-     Leadership, problem-solving skills.

-     Be determined and honest at work.

Head of PMU

01

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Transport, Water Resources (regular training system).

- Male, age over 30; be honest and frank, responsible for assigned tasks; work well under pressure.

- Good knowledge of basic construction investment.

- Good knowledge of construction economics.

- Good knowledge of legal documents on basic construction investment.

- Good knowledge of processes and rules of design, construction and acceptance.

- Executive management skills.

- Strong skills negotiation, communication and presentation.

- Competence in analysis and problem-solving.

- Be active, flexible & creative in solving problems.

- Enthusiastic and highly responsible for works.

- Good health, ability to work well under pressure.

- Flexible time of work.

- Certificate of project management.

- At least 5 years of working experience (including at least 2 years of experience in project investment and management).

Water Electrical Engineer (M&E)

01

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Refrigeration, Electricity, Water Supply etc. (regular training system).

- At least 3-5 years of experience in design and construction of Electricity & Water systems for high building.

- Having participated in construction or design and supervision of Electricity - Water system construction for high buildings and other public works.

- Proficiency in such software as Autocad, Microsoft Project, etc.

- Ability to work with high sense of responsibility, adapt to the pressure of work; be honest careful, and active at work.

- Good health, willing to move to other locations as needed.

- Engineers with certificates of consultancy and supervision, English proficiency.

Engineer of Civil Engineering (working at the PMU Office and other PMUs)

- Bachelor’s degree from Universities of Civil Engineering, Industry, Architecture, Construction etc. (regular training system)

- Good knowledge of laws, procedures, rules of civil works design and construction.

- Organize construction and technical supervision.

- Prepare cost estimates, bidding documents, documents of acceptance, payment and settlement.

- Be responsible for verifying estimates and total estimated cost of works items.

- Have participated in constructing high buildings (at least 25 floors).

- Having participated in PMU as Investor.

- Good health, willing to travel at the request of job.

- Work experience: 05 years

07

Project Managing Officer

01

- Male, bachelor’s degree in  Construction Economics from Universities of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Transport & Communications etc. (regular training system)

- Proficiency in calculation and estimation of construction volume, preparation of cost estimates, management of civil works, especially high buildings (over 20 stories)

- Experience in construction of high buildings, project management as a staff of the investor;

- Good knowledge of laws, decrees and circulars related to basic construction investment.

Market Development Officer

01

-     Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Economics

-     Confident and profession working style, good skills of negotiation, communication and communications.

-     Proficiency in using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and other software serving the job.

-     Good looking appearance, being agile and enthusiastic in working.

-     Be honest and able to work in a team or independently.

-     Good knowledge of procedures for investment in basic construction.

-     Work experience: 05 years in business and construction

Financial Analysis Officer

01

-     Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, auditing and accounting

-     Good knowledge of finance, accounting and tax.

-     Good knowledge of current financial policies and regimes and others relating to production and business activities of the Company

-     Able to work independently, active and enthusiastic in working.

- Strong skills of communication, persuasion and team-work.

-     Be enthusiastic, honest and patient in the job

-     Priority to candidates who have done the financial and credit work in the basic construction field.

-     Working experience: 02 years in the equivalent position.
