Training on ISO 9001: 2000 awareness

ISO 9001:2000 is a standard document set on quality management system. It is the result of the human intelligence for management throughout a century, which provides us with systematic, processing and quantitative thinking. This is a master key of human intelligence to achieve success in all activities.

The Company was granted ISO 9001:2000 certificate in early 2006 and made good implementation of ISO in Nam Dinh province. In early 2008, when the Company moved to Hanoi and recruited more staffs, the demand for more systematic and intensive retraining on ISO awareness arose. Therefore, on 8 March 2008, the Company organized the training course with the content of “Training awareness on quality management in accordance with ISO 9001:2000”, at Que Huong Hotel in Dai Kim New Urban Area, Hanoi. The trainer was Mr Pho Duc Tru, senior officer of TUV NORD Vietnam. Since ISO training required time and continuity, this training course was contained in the series of ISO training course in 2008.

The training course aimed at helping trainees to grasp the definition of ISO 9001:2000, the reason why ISO ISO 9001: 2000 must be applied, and the benefits brought to the enterprise and its members by the implementation of ISO 9001:2000. The issues those seemed to be dry were started with global stories which were always hot to every country. They were opportunities and challenges of each country and business during the integration process. In addition to other factors such as finance, human resources, corporate culture, “clement weather, favorable terrain and concord among people”…, another decisive factor to ensure the existence and development of an enterprise is that the enterprise can sell its products and services. And this is also the start of the story about ISO 9001:2000.

With lively presentation, issue by issue relating to ISO 9001:2000 including awareness, requirements, principles and application of ISO 9001:2000 in the real situation of the enterprise, the importance as well as benefits of ISO 9001:2000 was answered

ISO 9001:2000 not only solve problems of quality management, but also helps the enterprise to see the relationship with suppliers, customers, internal relations, corporate culture…and management of such relationships. Therefore, it is not by chance that ISO 9001:2000 is regarded as "master key of wisdom to solve all activities successfully "; or according to Matsushita, the largest electronics group of Japan with brand name like Panasonic, National ..., management is a committed thinking of labor force in the Company… Only knowledge of all employees can ensure the existence of the Company in the ups and downs and the requirements of new environment. And this is also the spirit of ISO 9001:2000.
