After promptly completing all of the necessary legal procedures, Tasco JSC,. has officially signed the partnership contract with Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper for the project of constructing high buildings and lower housing land for its staff, journalists and residents at the lot CT1B and part of the lot CT1A of the Residential Unit 1 of Xuan Phuong New Urban Area, Tu Liem district, Hanoi (Xuan Phuong Housing Project). The ceremony was held at the head office of the Newspaper located in No. 71, Hang Trong street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi
Tasco JSC,. is authorized to be the Investor of Xuan Phuong Housing Project by Nhan Dan Newspaper. The project is under the planning of the State competent authorities and aims to provide houses for the Newspaper’s journalists and staffs and part of high buildings for the Investor’s business.
Hanoi City People’s Committee decided to allocate housing land for the staffs, journalists of Nhan Dan Newspaper and mobilize capital for Xuan Phuong Housing Project to be implemented. After the contract is signed, Nhan Dan Newspaper and Tasco JSC,. will be in cooperation to assure the progress of the project.
The project includes a technical infrastructure system and 04 high buildings built on the land of the project, in which there are three 21-storey buildings and one 17-storey building. The project duration is scheduled to be 36 months from the date of commencement of the construction of the infrastructure.
Located in a favourable position in Hanoi extensive area and belonging to the centre of administration, culture and sports of the capital city, the project seems to be the expectation and pride of the Newspaper’s personnel as well as the highly meaningful motivation and great honour for the Investor. On behalf of Tasco’s Board of Directors and personnel, Mr Pham Quang Dung honestly expressed his promise and determination to implement the project before the leaders and staffs. He also committed that Tasco would prepare strong financial resources and select well-qualified staffs to monitor the project as well as invite appropriate contractors and mobilize the best machines and equipment. Right when the contract is signed, Tasco will promptly prepare all necessary elements for the project to be launched as soon as possible; meanwhile, it will be in close cooperation with the contractors, consultants, designers and supervisors to ensure the progress, quality and labour safety.
