TASCO MEETING ON ASSIGNING GOALS FOR 2011
In the warm atmosphere of the New Year, the “Tasco Meeting on Assigning Goals for 2011” program was held successfully on February 19, 2011 Tasco in the hall of Van Hoa restaurant, 89 Le Duc Tho street.
In the warm atmosphere of the New Year, the “Tasco Meeting on Assigning Goals for 2011” program was held successfully on February 19, 2011 Tasco in the hall of Van Hoa restaurant, 89 Le Duc Tho street.
The meeting was fully attended by the Board of Tasco JSC, the Board of Directors, representatives of Subsidiaries, Associated Companies together with all company’s officials and employees.
Mr Pham Quang Dung, the Chairman of the Board of Tasco JSC made the opening speech emphasizing the importance of goal setting which is also considered the measure of success for each company. The speech also highlighted the common important goals to be met by Tasco in 2011. “A number of common important goals have been set such as, reaching 180 billion VND of the pre-tax profit, at least 20% of paid dividend ratio, 750 billion VND of charter capital, 1,500 billion VND of turnover of which 900 billion VND will come from construction activity and 600 billion VND will come from investment operations”, said the Chairman.
Mr Pham Van Luong, the Chief Executive Officer, made a speech on assigning goals to the departments. The representatives of departments signed the commitment for implementing and fulfilling the set goals. The New Year 2011 has come bringing confidence to and numerous hopes for people. This new year is also especially important fo the Board, the Board of Directors and all officials and employees of Tasco JSC as it is the occasion for 40th year of Tasco’s foundation, an important landmark of the company for which any enterpise must be proud of.
On this occasion, the first “Celebration of Successes” was held by the Board and the Board of Directors. “We want every effort of the officials and employees made to the company will be recognized and encouraged timely. I do hope that this will become a powerful force fully promoting our strength to strive for better results and fostering our passion in work, and together we sail the Tasco ship to conquer the ocean”, said the Chairman.
After the Chief Executive Officer and 23 representatives of departments, representatives of Subsidiaries and Associated Companies of Tasco signed the assignment of goals, all the departments including Marketing Departments, Phap Van PMU, Market Development Department, Nam Thai Tasco JSC, and representatives of all departments excited the atmosphere by speaking their determination to fulfill their commitments to the Board, the Board of Directors as well as the whole officials and employees.
The ceremony ended in the popping sound of the champagne bottles opened for all departments to clink their glasses together for a Happy New Year with full of hope and confidence, and for the success of all Tasco’s set plans and goals, together with success for all officials and employees.
