TASCO establish companies for BOT projects

With its policy on establishing companies to carry out its investment projects, on 7 August 2008, TASCO 8 Joint stock Company who will implement two BOT projects: “Improvement, Upgrade of Highway No. 10 from La Uyen Bridge to Tan De Bridge” and

“Investment in construction of by-pass of Nam Dinh city-section from My Loc town to Highway No. 10”, was officially licensed to start its operation.

The extraordinary shareholders’ general meeting dated 30 November 2007 of Thanh Cong Joint stock Company (now TASCO joint stock Company) agreed to pass the resolution of the meeting on dominant contributed capital to establish a joint stock company in charge of implementing two projects mentioned above. TASCO’s Board of Directors held a meeting and agreed to contribute 51% of capital by project implementation progress.

The commencement ceremony for the project on “Improvement, Upgrade of Highway No. 10 from La Uyen Bridge to Tan De Bridge” will be organized on 7 September, at which TASCO 8 and its key management team will be introduced.
