Completing the first 700 meters of the road connecting Le Duc Tho street to Road No. 70 to Welcome Asian Indoor Games and the Liberation Day of the Capital City.

700 meters of the Project on building the road from Le Duc Tho street to Road No. 70 that Hanoi People’s Committee assigned Tasco Joint Stock Company as the Investor under the form of built-transfer contract, has been officially completed.

The project is included in traffic infrastructure system supporting the Asian Indoor Games; therefore, the Leaders of Tasco Joint Stock Company together with workers at the construction site quickly finished it ensuring required quality and the progress. This is also the effort of all leaders and working staff of the Company to welcome the Liberation Day of the Capital City, Asian Indoor Games and anniversary of1000 years Thang Long. This project is graded main secondary urban main street with designed speed of 60km/h, cross section line of 50m with 8 lanes, two 7 meter non-motorized vehicles lanes, two 7.5 meter motor vehicles lanes, and the entire length is 3510m. Along its length there are two bridges, i.e. Xuan Phuong Bridge across Nhue River, 70m in length and railway flyover 360m in length. Other items like plants, lighting, pavement, etc. are according to design of secondary main urban streets.

Dự án tuyến đường từ đường Lê Đức Thọ đến đường 70 được cấp hạng đường  phố chính đô thị thứ yếu, tốc độ thiết kế 60Km/h, mặt cắt ngang 50m với 8 làn xe, 2 làn xe thô sơ rộng 7m, 2 làn xe cơ giới rộng 7,5m, chiều dài toàn tuyến 3510m. Trên truyến có 2 cầu, bao gồm cầu Xuân Phương bắc qua sông Nhuệ dài 70m và cầu vượt đường sắt dài 360m. Các hạng mục khác như cây xanh, chiếu sáng, vỉa hè,... theo thiết kế của đường phố chính đô thị thứ yếu.

Hiện tại, tuyến đường đã được hoàn thiện 700m đầu tiên, hai bên tuyến phố được trang trí bằng các thảm hoa. Theo thiết kế cơ sở của dự án, bề rộng hè đường mỗi bên: Bhè= 8,0 m, được lát gạch block P7 + P10. Trong quá trình thi công, công ty Cổ phần Tasco nhận thấy, với bề rộng hè được lát toàn bộ gạch như trên sẽ làm tăng sức nóng cho phần hè và lòng đường. Mặt khác, diện tích hè rộng sẽ khó tránh khỏi việc người dân tụ tập kinh doanh hàng quán trái phép, làm xấu mỹ quan đô thị, khó quản lý đối với các cơ quan chức năng. Việc xây dựng các thảm hoa trang trí hai bên hè sẽ góp phần làm giảm nhiệt phần mặt hè, tạo cảnh quan thiên nhiên tươi đẹp, xây dựng một tuyến phố hoa độc đáo, ấn tượng nằm trên trục phát triển kinh tế của thủ đô Hà Nội.

At present, 700 first meters of it has already been finished, with flowers on both sides. According to the design of the Project, the width of pavement is Pavement=8.0m, covered with block bricks P7 + P10. During construction, Tasco Joint Stock Company recognized that if the whole pavement surface is covered with such bricks, it and the roadway will be more heated. On the other side, with such wide pavement, it is more likely that the local residents will use it as their business place which destroys urban beauty and is illegal and hard for competent agencies to control. The flower covering can reduce heat of pavement surface besides making beautiful natural view, and unique and impressive flower street along the Economic development Axis of Hanoi Capital.

With the desire to contribute in building green urban sight, civilized living environment, Tasco has a brave suggestion to Hanoi People’s Committee and received a great support from them which is the base for Tasco to implement that idea. Although the construction of the flower carpets faced bad weather and was affected by 7th storm, thanks to the determination of the Investor together with Hanoi citizens to welcome international friends to Asian Indoor Games and the Liberation Day of the Capital City, the first 700 meters was finished earlier than required, meeting the longing of the local people as well as the direction of the City People’s Committee.
