COMMENCEMENT OF PROVINCIAL ROAD NO. 39B PROJECT - Total length of 28.9 km and total investment of 2,072 billion VND

The commencement ceremony of the project on improving and upgrading the Provincial Road No. 39B from Thanh Ne town, Kien Xuong district to Diem Dien town, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province was held in Thai Thuy district on 27th September, 2010. The total length of the road is about 28.9 km and the total investment in the project is 2, 072 billion VND. TASCO JSC., is the project owner and Nam Thai TASCO JSC.,  is the business in charge of the project.

The beginning of the road at Km 13+250 of the Provincial Road No. 39B is located in Kien Xuong commune and the end is at the intersection point between the Provincial Road No. 39B and National Highway No. 39 in Diem Dien town, Thai Thuy commune. Such a project in under Group A in accordance with the grade III plain road standard under the BT form and is scheduled to be constructed in 3 years (from 2010 to 2013). The investment in the construction of Road No. 39B through Thai Binh Electricity Center helps to connect three industrial zones of the province, which facilitates the population distribution in these industrial zones and the provincial urbanization as well as the motive for the local socio-economic development. Moreover, the project also contributes to minimize traffic accidents and improve the transport infrastructure of the location through which the line passes. Upon completion, the project is expected to improve potentials of tourism, industry and goods circulation capability as well as to facilitate economic exchanges, security and defense from Thai Binh city to Diem Dien port, Hai Phong and Quang Ninh.

In addition, the Company has been approved by Hanoi City People’s Committee to be the Owner of Xuan Phuong New Urban Project (with an area of about 30 ha).
