All Tasco employees are ready for a training course on corporate culture in Van Don - Quang Ninh.

All Tasco employees have been very excited about preparing for a training course on "Corporate Culture" along with a 3-day holiday from June 25, 26 and 27th, 2010 in an eco-resort in Bai Tu Long, Van Don district, Quang Ninh province.

To promote solidarity and spirit of cooperation among Tasco members, the leadership of TASCO Joint Stock Company attaches special importance to kinds of entertainment, especially annual holidays for the whole company. In addition to the appropriate treatment policies, the leaders consider the holiday as a way to keep its employees, or to better improve the work performance of each employee. The purpose of the holiday is not only to meet their needs of entertainment but also to organize other useful activities for employees, as considered by Tasco leaders.

The holiday can also be seen as an occasion to strengthen the solidarity among employees and between superiors and subordinates. When they understand one another, they will increase their work performance significantly.

A machine also needs maintenance after a long period of continuous operation. Employees also need relaxation and entertainment. Travel is one of the best ways to relieve their stress which has been applied by Tasco leaders.

Besides, TASCO also integrated the training program on "Corporate culture" into the tour. The training course just include short presentations, contests, competitions among teams, but it will bring cheerful atmosphere, comfortable feeling to all Tasco members and will not carry any hard feeling.

It is said that: "the culture of an organization includes basic characteristics to distinguish one organization from other ones". Basing on that, it can be concluded that "Corporate culture includes basic characteristics of one organization to distinguish it from other ones".

Two phrases "characteristics" and "distinguish" are emphasized and repeated several times in classes of corporate culture, making students remember and "perceive" them very thoroughly. As a result, enterprises who send their employees to classes of corporate culture always seek all ways to make their corporate culture "different".

Building a corporate culture is a long process like the dissemination of a religion – People need time to gradually "perceive" it. Enterprises should start building its corporate culture from the grassroot level - building its business philosophy, vision, mission, and core values.
