To promote solidarity and spirit of cooperation among Tasco members, the leadership of TASCO Joint Stock Company attaches special importance to kinds of entertainment, especially annual holidays for the whole company. In addition to the appropriate treatment policies, the leaders consider the holiday as a way to keep its employees, or to better improve the work performance of each employee. The purpose of the holiday is not only to meet their needs of entertainment but also to organize other useful activities for employees, as considered by Tasco leaders.

The holiday can also be seen as an occasion to strengthen the solidarity among employees and between superiors and subordinates. When they understand one another, they will increase their work performance significantly.
